We ordered a caesar, a Malibu fratbread, chicken alfredo and a sausage and mushroom pizza. From the moment you walk in, it feels warm, welcoming, and unapologetically Italian. The menu is thoughtful without being pretentious, and everything we ordered was outstanding. Fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and portions that make you very happy you wore forgiving pants. The pasta is clearly made with care (and skill), the sauces are rich without being heavy, and every dish tasted like it was cooked with intention — not rushed, not shortcut. You can tell this is a restaurant run by people who actually care about the food and the experience. Service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — not scripted. You feel like a guest, not a table number. This is the kind of place you recommend to friends, bring out-of-town family to, and quietly hope doesn’t get too popular… but it deserves every bit of success it gets. Having been stationed in NY for several years, I have missed the food above anything else. We had some great appetizers and an absolutely AMAZING pizza. Decided to go here for lunch on a Friday and could not have picked a better place to eat. We started off with a couple of appetizers and the calamari was great. With the main courses the chicken rigatoni was fantastic and the carne miste for the pizza was very tasty as well. Tried this new Italian spot for the first time today. The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. We tired a few different items on the menu to get a feel for the place. We had the Margherita Al Prosciutto and the Pizza Carne Miste, both were fantastic! Full of flavor and fresh ingredients. The dough was nice and light and the crust didn’t have any flop! I love a good undercarriage lol, but for real the pizza was excellent and I can’t wait to come back and try some of the other creations on the menu. As for the other items we tried the Branzino and the Cacio E Pepe Pasta, and again both dishes were great. I highly recommend this little spot in Plano if your looking for some good fresh Italian food and great Pizza
